Black Knight Originations Market Monitor Report

The newest Mortgage Originations Market Monitor report from Black Knight is out with some amazing data on mortgages. One chart I found interesting is that the folks doing cash out refinances have lower credit scores than we’ve seen in the last few years (trending down).

I can’t say (with data) that the smarter you are the more likely you are to invest in real estate, but I actually have data from the Federal Reserve showing the more educated you are, the more likely you are to invest in real estate.

And, assets allocation of the wealthy too.
