July Realtor.com Market Stats
Some good stuff in the latest Realtor.com Market Stats report for July, 2022.
Number of active listings up (a good thing from the very low inventory we had)
Number of total listings up (also a good thing)
Number of newly listed homes down a bit but still above where we were in 2020
Days on market still at all-time lows (selling stuff really, really fast)
Median listing price stalled, but still holding strong
Percent of properties with their price reduced up, but still below where we were in 2017 and 2018
Falling Home Price Predictions By County
Here’s the latest predictions for the next year and year after that from Forbes about what counties will likely see a drop in prices. Again, be careful about how you interpret this data.
