Realtor.com October numbers for rents. Lower than they were earlier in the year, but still higher than last year?

Residential New Construction

New construction is slowing down. Chart below from Realtor.com shows single-family, mutli-family and total.

I’d guess the lower rates will start to help some in the upcoming weeks. We shall see.
